Can I be aware of my body as it is — without trying to correct it?
Awareness here is the first practice of the body. Not posture. Not performance. Attention.
We have been trained to look at our bodies through criticism and mirrors. The body learned to flinch.
Awareness is the kind of looking that does not flinch.
