Begin the day from a grounded, intentional state rather than from reaction.
The Seven Steps
1. Arrival
Sit for a moment. Notice the room.
2. Breath
Three slow cycles. No counting, no effort.
3. Orientation
Name, silently: where I am, what day it is, what matters most.
4. Clarity
Write one sentence: the most important thing for today.
5. Boundary
Decide what you will not do today.
6. Commitment
Agree with yourself. No bargaining.
7. Close
Stand up slowly. Begin.
