What is the part of me that breaks the door trying to protect?
Self-sabotage is not a flaw. It is a protective pattern that once kept us safe.
The branch breaks the branch because, at some point, having the thing felt more dangerous than wanting it.
To meet self-sabotage with curiosity instead of shame is the first honest move.
