What is the truth I am quietly working around?
Truth is the first cut of the string. Not the loud kind. The kind we admit only to ourselves.
Most of our strings stay tied because we will not say, even inwardly, what we already know.
Truth-telling is rarely public. It begins, almost always, in a quiet room with our own attention.
